Special Lecture Series Inauguration

A Special lecture series was inaugurated on 18th November 2021 at SBRR Mahajana First Grade College (Autonomous) to bridge the gap between the Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. The programme was started with the invocation by Manojna Jamadagni of final B.Sc.

Mr Manjunath K S, HOD Dept of BCA welcomed the guests and briefed about the lecture series. Director of Mahajana Postgraduate wing Dr. Renukarya spoke about importance of interaction of students with PG faculties which will help them to enhance technical skill. He also stressed about reaching the areas where computer application is yet to be realized. Also he spoke about importance of National Education Policy, which is skill based and helps the students to be innovative.

CEO Prof. S R Ramesh wished the students on this occasion and told that the platform is created to integrate PG an UG programmes and also motivated the students to think out of the box. Principal Dr. B R Jayakumari spoke about the importance of this lecture series and she advised the students to utilize the human resources available in the campus to its best, and Dr Rachana C R wished the students on this occasion. The event was compeered by Smt. Apoorva and vote of thanks was proposed by Smt Shruthi N of Dept. of BCA. Department faculties and the students of final year BCA were present on this occasion.
