5-Day Immersive Learning Faculty Development Program

SBRR Mahajana First Grade College (Autonomous), Post Graduate Wing, Pooja Bhagavat Memorial Mahajana Education Centre conducted a 5-day immersive learning Faculty Development Program from 27th June to 1st July 2022 at their PG Centre on KRS Road, Mysore.

The focus of the model designed in modules and learning capsules centered around application of learning, methodologies, creative interventions, knowledge enhancement, comprehending, developments happening in each field of specialization and to be able to develop faculty on the dimension of learning, leadership and leveraging, synergies and strategies and upgrading learning practices.

Caselets and challenges were taken up for discussions and arriving at solutions using Brain Storming and referencing, stretching of curricula to the world outside and preparing our students to be able to create an impact globally.
The Program was attended by 29 identified Professors from across streams and was facilitated by Shri. Harish Machia Kodandera.
