Purpose and scope of the event:

Tto provide practical insights into PAMS Engineering’s manufacturing processes and organizational culture. It facilitates MBA students in understanding industry practices and emerging trends within the precision component manufacturing sector.

Details of the event:

On 15th and 16th February 2024, III sem MBA students were taken toPAMS Engineering accompanied by faculty members. PAMS Engineering, established in 1974 as an automobile ancillary unit, has since evolved into a pioneering force in precision component manufacturing. Through strategic collaborations with industry leaders like Bajaj Auto Ltd. and MICO Ltd., PAMS Engineering has expanded itscapabilities and infrastructure, transforming into a comprehensive machine hub equipped with advanced CNC technologies. This strategic evolution has enabled the company to cater effectively to the evolving needs of the Automobile Industry, delivering precision components and welded assemblies of unparalleled quality and reliability.

Target audience:

116 students from Master of Business Administration course along with 4 faculty members visited in two batches on 15th and 16th February 2024.
