Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav Celebrations

Events organised to commemorate “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” at Post graduate Centre, of SBRR Mahajana F.G.College, Pooja Bhagavat Memorial Mahajana Education Centre, K.R.S. Road Metagalli, Mysuru-570016.

• An awareness rally was orgainsed on Friday the 12th August 2022 at 11 A.M. The rally started from the Tourism Department and reached the sports Ground via PG Center Fountain – Cycle Stand. All the PG Students and Staff were Present throughout the Rally. There was an assembly at the end of the rally with an inspiring speech by the PG Centre Director Dr.Renukarya who narrated the freedom struggle of India by the great personalities. He called upon the Students & Staff to remember the sacrifice of the freedom fighters who fought for India’s freedom. The Rally and the Assembly ended with the National Anthem.
• Essay competitions were held in Kannada and in English on13^th August 2022 organised by the Departments of Commerce & Computer Science.The theme was Freedom to think – Liberty to do for English essay and “Yochisalu Swaiche, Karyagolisalu Swathanthrya”. for kannada essay.
• Thiranga Badges & Flags were distributed to the PG Students & Staff by the Management.
• The National flag was hoisted by the Students & Staff at their respective homes and College from 13-15 August 2022.
