BONE DENSITY CHECK-UP CAMP

On 20.07.2023, the department of Social Work, Pooja Bhagavat memorial Mahajana Education centre, Mysuru had organized a BONE DENSITY CHECK-UP camp for the staff of the PG centre in collaboration with Priyadarshini General Hospital, Brindavan extension, Mysuru.

Dr. Srikanth Sundaresh, Orthopedic Surgeon, Priyadarshini Hospital along with his team of 10 members including male and female nurses and Pharma representatives conducted the camp. The camp was open for the staff above 30 years of age. The tests include weight, random sugar, oxygen, BP and density. Free consultation was provided by the doctor and medicines were given at a discount of 30% those who required. All the teaching, non-teaching staff including security guards and faculty from RVPB PU College got tested in the camp. The total beneficiaries were 105 members.
