| 2:30 PM | 3:00 PM | Registration of 52 students from Section A plus 56 students from Section B of First Year MBA students was completed and were divided into two teams.

| 3:00 PM | 3:45 PM | Orientation program was conducted by Mr. Syed from HR department. Mr. Shivakumar [Marketing Head] addressed the gathering regarding their company’s products and marketing strategies adopted by them. |
| 3:49 PM | 4:25 PM | Team one visited the production plant with instructor, who addressed students about metro rail segment, downstream activities, roof rails and power coating unit. New product Development department head Mr Wasim Khan and Mr Naveen given details about the New Products. |
| 3:50 PM | 4:35 PM | Second team visited production plant with instructor and students were given the information. |
| 4:35 PM | 4:45 PM | Valedictory speech was given by Mr. Syed (HR Manager). After the valedictory speech group Photo session was organized.
