STUDENT VOLUNTEERS AT MYSURU STARTUP PAVILION

Mysuru Start-up Pavilion (MSP) which was one of the biggest expo in the city was held at the SJCE Campus, Mysuru from 05 Aug 2022 to 07 Aug 2022 for 03 days. The MSP event was organized for the Start- Ups, MSME, entrepreneurs, students, faculty, institutions, innovators, mentors, investors, Industry Associations and Policy makers.

The 3-day summit was being jointly conducted by SJCE-STEP, CII, Karnataka Digital Economy Mission and other partners.

His highness Sri Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar, the King of Mysuru, inaugurated the event. More than 100 upcoming companies in and around Mysuru took part in the event to connect, network, build customer connection and explore potential collaboration. Suttur Mutt seer Shivaratri Deshikendra Swami, C.G. Betsurmath, Executive Secretary, JSS Mahavidyapeetha, and G. Hemantha Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Mysore, were among those present.

30 Students with Mr Aditya M Bhat Asst. Prof of our Tourism and Hospitality department actively took part in the event as dynamic volunteers on all three days and contributed for the success of the event. The students were later recognised and handed over with certificates for their active participation as a token of gesture. The students were sent to the venue under the guidance of Dr.C.K.Renukarya, Direcror, Mahajana PG Campus and Dr Satish G Chetty, Head, Dept. of Tourism and Hospitality.
