Report on one day workshop on Angular

One Day Workshop on Angular was organized by Computer Science department of SBRR Mahajana FGC, PG wing on 28th of September, 2022 by TechBitz Software Solutions, Mysore. The Resource Person of the workshop was Mr. Prahasan P, Chief Technical Officer, TechBitz Software Solutions. The primary goal of this workshop was to enhance the technical knowledge of students about Angular App Development.
Angular is a development platform, built on TypeScript. As a platform, Angular includes: A component-based framework for building scalable web applications. A collection of well-integrated libraries that cover a wide variety of features, including routing, forms management, client-server communication, and more.

When you build applications with Angular, you are taking advantage of a platform that can scale from single-developer projects to enterprise-level applications. Angular is designed to make updating as easy as possible, so you can take advantage of the latest developments with a minimum of effort. Best of all, the Angular ecosystem consists of a diverse group of over 1.7 million developers, library authors, and content creators.

Before you start exploring the Angular platform, you should know about the Angular CLI. The Angular CLI is the fastest, easiest, and recommended way to develop Angular applications. The Angular CLI makes a number of tasks easy.

Session – 1 (Introduction Session)

The basic introduction about the Angular CLI and Angular app development was given by the expert. In addition, he also gave the information regarding different technology and Frame-work from market point of view

The following topics were covered in the first session – 1:

1. An introduction about Angular CLI, API, HTML and CSS.
2. Importance of CLI, scripting languages, Angular framework.
3. Basic concepts of Jason (Array, Object)

Session – 2 (Practical Session)

After the basic introduction about the Angular App Development was given by the expert, next the students got the chance to practically implement the concepts of Angular development.

The following topics were covered in the session – 2:

1. An introduction about Angular App Development and Angular CLI.
2. Downloading packages from the browser.
3. Installation of CLI packages through Command Prompt.
4. Working with Angular CLI, basic commands.

e-certificates were provided to all the students. 29 students attended the workshop.
