A field visit to the TECH BHARAT-2022 was organized by the Department of B.Sc. FPQM, under the guidance of Ms. Srijana M Shekar.
The TECH BHARAT-2022 food tech and agro tech expo was held at the prestigious CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru from 19th to 21st May, 2022. The students of II B.Sc. FPQM visited the expo on 21st of May, 2022 (Saturday)
The expo had displayed machinery and equipment related to food tech and agro tech, which helped the students to get a broad perspective and exposure to the current trends in the food industry. They were also exposed to a lot of new food products and machinery related to food tech and agro tech.
They were also taken to Dr. P V Ravindra’s lab at the Dept. of Biochemistry, and Animal House Facility by Ms Srijana M Shekar. This helped the students to get exposure about the research equipment related to nutrition and biochemistry.
