Current research interests: My current area of research interest is in the field of Digital Marketing wherein, I’m inquisitive towards studying and analyzing valuable insights for refining marketing strategies. By analysing customer feedback, conducting A/B testing, and tracking campaign
performance from which businesses can optimise their marketing efforts. Furthermore, through this research, an attempt can also be made to identify the most effective promotional channels, messaging platforms, and creative elements to engage the target audience and drive conversions. It
will also provide scientific and reliable solutions to overcome the challenges and problems.
Doctoral Research: My Doctoral research was in the area of Commerce / Management in 2017 from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore with the Topic Entitled “Brand Positioning of Smartphones – A Study Based on Users’ Perception with Special Reference to Bangalore City”. The research discusses the opinion of the Smartphone users regarding their brand preference, answerable factors on brand positioning, usage level of Smartphone features, satisfaction level and brand preference when the users go for fresh purchase of Smartphone. The study evaluates the relationship towards brand positioning of Smartphone among various age groups, gender, household income, education and occupation. Perceptual mapping technique has been used to present the answerable factors on brand positioning of Smartphones.
