Current Position: Assistant Professor, Department of Studies in commerce, Pooja Bhagavat Memorial Mahajana Education Centre, SBRR Mahajana First Grade College (Autonomous) (Affiliated to University of Mysore), Metagalli, MYSURU-570 016, Karnataka, INDIA.
Qualification: M. Com (Business Taxation), M.B.A (Finance), PGD in HRM, NET and Ph.D. (in the area of Marketing).

Doctoral Research: Doctoral research on “Marketing of Organic Products in Karnataka”, (2022). The marketing of organic products in Karnataka would involve a comprehensive study on various aspects related to the marketing of organic products in the state.
1. Introduction: Provide an overview of the organic agriculture industry in Karnataka. Discuss the significance and potential of organic products in the market.
2. Literature Review: Review existing studies and research conducted on the marketing of organic products. Analyze the current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the organic market.
3. Methodology: Explain the research design, data collection methods, and sample selection techniques. Identify the primary and secondary data sources used in the study.
4. Organic Farming Practices in Karnataka: by Farmers, Dealers and Consumers- Explore the common organic farming practices adopted by farmers in Karnataka. -Discuss the certification process and standards followed for organic products.
5. Market Analysis: Examine the market dynamics and consumer preferences for organic products. – Investigate the factors influencing consumer choices and their willingness to pay for organic products.
6. Marketing Strategies and Policy Analysis: Propose effective marketing strategies for promoting and selling organic products. – Explore marketing channels, branding, pricing, and communication strategies specific to organic products – Assess the government policies and regulations related to organic agriculture and marketing in Karnataka – Identify any gaps or areas for improvement in the current policy framework.
7. Conclusion and Recommendations: Summarize the findings of the research – Provide recommendations for stakeholders to enhance the marketing and consumption of organic products.
