Current research interests: My current research interest lies in exploring the multifaceted dynamics of Gen Z in the workforce. The world of work is undergoing a profound transformation driven by the influx of Generation Z into the workforce. As the first generation born into the digital age, Gen Z possesses unique characteristics and perspectives that are shaping the future of work. Understanding their values, motivations, and expectations
is crucial for organizations to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
I am particularly fascinated by their: Tech-savviness and digital fluency: Gen Z is deeply embedded in the digital world, possessing remarkable proficiency in technology and a preference for digital communication. to leverage their digital expertise to enhance productivity and innovation in Organizations. Entrepreneurial spirit and desire for autonomy: Gen Z is characterized by a strong entrepreneurial drive and a yearning for autonomy in their work. Understanding how Organizations foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and self-directed work to engage and empower Gen Z employees.
Emphasis on work-life balance and mental well-being: Gen Z prioritizes a healthy work-life balance and values mental well-being. Understanding how Organizations create supportive work environments that promote flexibility, stress management, and employee well-being
initiatives.
By delving into these areas, I aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of Gen Z in the workforce, providing valuable insights for organizations to effectively engage, develop, and retain this generation of talent, ensuring a thriving future of work.
